Wi-Fi was excellent, but the air conditioning was noisy and affected sleep.

Perfect location. Great room. Breakfast very good.

That there was a taxi stand all week and they were not able to offer us a transfer service, remise or something alternative to go to the airport. Even though we asked and asked. We had to walk with the bags. Bags. Take the subway and train. No escalators, no air conditioning. In 40 degrees of heat. The trains are delayed. My husband was on crutches. We just happened to get to the airport in time. It took us two and a half hours. And the hotel never offered a solution. We asked them. They could have called us on the way out, but I understand we weren't staying there yet. But they could have sent mail, but on the way back.. We requested it!!!! And they told us we had no solution. It didn't seem to us to be in line with an answer from a hotel that might have car transfers and pass the value on to us.

Location was good. The rest was real nightmare

All was wrong. The room was very small, hot watter only "on request". It smelled unwell, breakfest - no comments. This is not 4* hotel

A beautiful hotel within walking distance to the sights and shopping in Barcelona. Friendly english speaking employees. Large spacious bathroom with newer amenities. Lovely decor. Great spot that we will return to!

Luxury and fairly clean hotel with super-friendly staff and lovely views of cathedral of Barcelona. Marvellous and incredible location as only 5 minutes to Picasso Museum. Found in a shopping area near La Rambla and Gothic Quarter of Barcelona and Barceloneta beach. The venue of choice in Barcelona.

Charming location with friendly staff

Upon arrival, I was greeted with a refreshing complimentary drink. The room was immaculate and boasted a spacious bathroom. The hotel's location made exploring the Gothic Quarter easy.

I loved this hotel and the staff. The free WiFi, the location near the old catherderal, shops, restaurants and the metro, the large room and bathroom - all were great,

The staff was not very friendly whe we arrived and that put me off at first. However, everyone went out of their way to assist with every problem we had. After traveling more thru Spain I now see the reserve of the staff as their standard of professionalism. Ours was a large corner room on the main street across from a paramilitary police station. Sirens and labor demonstrations were noisy but a night we never heard a thing.

The location is really very good. In addition to the proximity of Ramblay and Plaza Catalunya (where the aeroexpress stops), right near the tourist bus stop. We are "fast" tourists, so we have little time to explore the city and used the tourist buses. . -. The room itself is not bad, there are small flaws, but on the whole everything is great. Given that the room was at a discount, the price/quality is... Breakfast is good - there is everything, and warm dishes (eggs, sausages), and toast, and sausages / hams / cheeses / vegetables / fruit / juice / coffee / tea / muesli / yogurt / ketchup / sweets and so on. Ate breakfast right before the evening :) My uncle, who meets at breakfast is very nice! The staff at the reception is not so friendly.

There aren't enough slippers! The floor is cold - we were in January. In summer, of course, it's good, but still, coming out of the tub, I want to put on slippers. . . I want a little more positive staff at reception.

The soundproofing between rooms is insufficient!!!

The good service and shuttle to the airport far exceeded our expectations. Great breakfast, best ever had, with fruits and cheese, for example.

The location was very convenient to the old town and metro. Lots of restaurants around the corner as well as convenient shopping.

The mattress was too hard.
